What is Casual Tech Meetup?

When people mention a cafe, gym, hotel, or private membership club, we immediately understand what they mean. These are established categories in our minds.

However, when I am trying to build and run Casual Tech Meetup, it becomes challenging to encapsulate it in one word. While it is a community, the term is too vague and does not convey the value I aim to provide for our guests.

No single word fully captures my intent.

The best way I've found to describe it is as a monthly house party in which you will see some of your friends and meet new people, mixed with a student society that curates different events for members interested in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Perhaps in the future, if all goes well, a new term or category will emerge to describe what I am creating.
